Yo Jim where ya been!?

Well to make a long story some what short. I've relapsed back to WoW and just owning people in the f'in face. First off I'm not even at the max level so when I'm fighting most everyone is level 60 where I was only level 46 when I cam back. At level 48 I took out a 60 shadow priest 1 on 1. He/she got the jump on me but I just had him out classed and just beat him into the ground. I'm level 53 now and just steamrolling most everyone that has the displeasure of running into me.

Next Boxing!!!! I'm training for my first fight! I'll be starting my road work (running) in about 14 more hours and training 2 times a day x 5 or 6 days a week. Sadly I am "supposed to stop drinking from here on out". I'll be at the bar tonight though. :O

On a super weird side note. I had this awesome very vivid dream of the end of the world. There was fire, lava, chard and lava devoured nations and oceans were just gone. Walking around in this scary mess I stumbled upon a frat party and well enjoyed the end of the world the best way I know how!

Anyway just wanted to log on LJ and wish everyone the best and all that!

Listening to sports radio they're saying Cory Dillon has "external issues". Who knows maybe she moved on to Dillon now.

Well as most of you guys know I have people over for every Pats game. This last game kicked off a change in what I typically cook. I always cook steak tips and sometimes I'll throw some sausage into the mix. Saturday I mixed it up some. I made an artery clogging concoction that I've dubbed Jimbolaya. Steak tips, Sausage, Bacon, Mushrooms, Blue cheese and some other miscellaneous things (which my or may not include a kitchen sink).

As you all know everyone I know is invited for this weeks game and some Jimbolaya.

First off I've have this funky cold where I feel great except my breathing SUCKS. So I've been babying my lungs the last 3 or so day (IE: not doing explosive bag routines and or hard cardio).

Last night was boxing and I was at my boxing coach’s mercy. Thanks GOD he didn't have us on one of his CRAZY cardio routines BUT he did have us do this one endurance thing. It starts out with you holding a broom stick out in front of you for the full 3 minute round WHILE someone BEATS THE EVER LIVING SHIT OUT OF YOU or at least your abs and ribcage! I must say I loved every second of it and asked for a second round but he wouldn't let me do it and I see why today.

All I'm really trying to say is I'm alive and loving it!

Dec. 31st, 2005 @ 08:45 pm Did anyone get that licence plate number of that train that ran me over?
GOD DAMN! It's been a long time since I was that sick. I had a 6 hour super flu or I was totally dehydrated and fuct. Like anything I drank or ate stayed down for 10 minutes and that was IT. I don't know if it was a dehydration thing or what but anytime I drank water I would just puke it up in 10 minutes. Now when I say puke it really wasn't puke, it was crystal clear. I mean it was probably cleaner on the way up and if I kept that up I could've put Clearly fucking Canadian out of business.

Anyway I'm 1000% fine now. It was weird and it is gone.

Damn I'm going to be hurting tomorrow. I switched it up at the gym to light weight, high reps and I bet I wont be able to move my arms tomorrow. Oh well what doesn't kill you only makes you stronger.

Well it was the first "real" night of boxing training after a 10 month layoff. Last year with the asthma I was gasping for every breath before I was even done with my warm-ups. Now I just really need to work on my wind with running and bag training. The jogging part I'm not going to do very well with for the first few weeks. I just started the other day and I can only do a mile at 7.8 mph then I have to walk for a bit then I run again and get about 3/4s of a mile then walk then maybe 1/3 mile after that. That's in a 30 minute span.

Now I'm just going to chill and work on a photoshop version of my tat. I'll post it tomorrow.. no really.. I will... heh...

Well I went in today to talk to the guy but he's booked. I go friday to talk to him then who knows when to get it. I guess its a little more drawn out that say getting a piercing where you walk in tell them what you want a hole in then they sit you on an old milk create and jab a somewhat rusty nail through you.

Well I restarted boxing again today. The asthma kicked in after about the 4th round on the heavy bags. That's somewhat my fault though seeing I've been skipping my Advair and albuterol. Oh smoking before I head to bed doesn't help either. Anyway for the first day back I feel as thought I did pretty well but I had to adjust my mindset and style now that I'm boxing 25 pounds lighter than last year.

That's all for tonight, now to figure out this LJ setup.. ugg.. I feel like such a newb..
